We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products purchased, including but not limited to bonnets, durags, headbands, edge control, brushes, and braiding hair.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue. We will review the case and offer a resolution such as a replacement or store credit.

3. Braiding Services
For our braiding services, no refunds or exchanges will be offered once the service has been completed. If you have concerns or feedback about the service provided, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

4. Customer Responsibility
Please make sure to double-check your order before completing your purchase. Ensure that all details (size, color, quantity) are correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes made during the checkout process.
